Art Without Borders: Turning life into Art

Enhancing Senior Lives through Creativity
A 6-week Interdisciplinary Art Journey

Through a partnership with MU's Osher Lifelong Learning Institute, CAL offers Art Without Borders. AWB is designed to help people rediscover, or simply find, their inner artist. Recognising that many of us put our creative lives on hold to raise a family/go to work etc, AWB is an 'art sampler' allowing mature students to work with a different teacher and medium each week: mixed media, photography, drawing, watercolor and acrylics. For more information, please see Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (scroll down to find Art Without Borders).

The Columbia Art League offers a variety of educational activities and experiences designed to foster creativity and encourage artistic awareness.

When enrolling in one or more classes, consider joining the Art League to take advantage of our member discount.

Funding: The Art League's programs are funded, in part, by the Missouri Arts Council and the City of Columbia Office of Cultural Affairs.
